If your payment is deducted and order shows pending status - that means your payment is under clearance of banking process. In this case, either your payment will be processed & your order will be successful or bank will refund your money back to your account. (Note - You have to wait for 24 hrs before order status changes.)
Case2:
If your payment is not deducted within an hour and order shows pending status - that means your payment is not received by the bank and order is going to be unsuccessful (Note - In this case, you can place a new order).
